1. Client makes selections for stone, profile, sinks, etc.
2. Measurements are taken by Granite Products, Inc. or provided by client via drawings, cabinet plans or building plans.
3. An estimate is calculated based on information available.
4. Client provides deposit based on the estimate.  For your convenience, we accept checks and VISA or Master Card.
5. Granite Products, Inc. schedules for templates and determines if pre-template tear-out is required.
6. Client is responsible for providing all necessary selections and appliance information prior to the fabrication process.
7. Client is responsible for removing all items from the countertop surface prior to templates being created.
8. Client is responsible for removing all items from the countertop surface and from underneath all cabinets prior to tear-out.
9. Granite Products, Inc. will fabricate the new stone countertops and schedule the installation as quickly as possible. ( Normally within 10 working days.)
10. If pre-template tear-out was not required, Granite Products, Inc. will schedule the tear-out the day of, but prior to, the installation of the new countertops.
11. Granite Products, Inc. will attach all sinks to the stone and install the new countertops with professional efficiency.
12. Client is responsible for approving the completed installation.
13. Client is responsible for promptly notifying Granite Products, Inc. of any installation issues that require additional attention.
14. Granite Products, Inc. will provide an invoice based on the computer-drawn diagram.
15. Client will remit payment of balance upon receipt of invoice.
